*Let's Reflect?*
Two years ago, when we were planning the holiday season, we made a lot of plans for the future of 2020 and 2021.
We complain a lot about 2019.
We complain more than we appreciate it, don't we?
Then, the long-awaited 2020 arrived.
How many dreams and plans...
How many plans and expectations for an even numbered year...
two thousand and twenty.
and 2020 was a unique year
Unlike everything we've lived through today
*-Separate Families*
*-Grandparents getting sick without seeing their grandchildren*
*-Grandchildren without grandparents' cuddling*
*-Father and mother away from their children*
*-Children away from their friends*
*-Departures without farewells*
*-A lot of crying without understanding why so fast*
*-Smiles under masks*
*-Weary faces with mask marks*
*-Distressed hands looking for water, soap and alcohol gel*
*-Exhausted doctors and health professionals*
*-Empty cities*
*-Full hospitals*
*-Crowded Cemeteries*
*from rich, poor, old, young, children, blacks, whites, famous artists, anonymous, people from the four corners of the world going to the same place*
*-A place of no return*
*A virus*
and millions of canceled dreams
**A virus*
and millions of destroyed families
***A virus*
and millions of expectations locked in homes
****And you,*
what lesson did you take from all this?
*-Have you already thanked you for getting here?*
*Did you* understand that GOD's plans are different from ours?
*Did you* understand the importance of Thanks?
*Did you* understand the importance and lack of a hug?
*Did you* understand that your family is worth a lot?
*Did you* understand that greed for making money isn't worth it?
*Did you* understand that skin color doesn't matter?
*Did you* understand the importance of living today?
*Did you* understand the importance of saying I love you to the one you love now?
*Did you* understand the importance of asking forgiveness from those you have offended?
*You* understood that material goods such as:
*brand clothing*
*the car of the year*
*and the coveted mansion,*
*doesn't you take any of that when you leave?*
*Did you* understand the importance of minutes with your kids?
*Did you* know that many families didn't celebrate Christmas this year?
*Did you* know that you were privileged to have your family together this Christmas?
*Did you* understand what gratitude is?

it is to thank GOD for every minute lived.

is to have the warmth of the family.

it's being able to breathe and smile without masks.

is being able to share a hug between people

is to live today intensely

is to live in harmony.
Now I make you an invitation:

and plan less in 2022?

-Are we going to let GOD lead in His way?
